Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, I moved to the East Riding of Yorkshire in 2003. Since then, I have continued to travel between the UK and South Africa several times a year, exploring the very best that Cape Town and its surrounding areas have to offer.

 

Over the years, I have developed a deep appreciation for the region’s boutique hotels, exceptional cuisine, and world-class wines — something my family and I have happily spent many hours “researching.”

 

Cape Town is truly a food and wine lover’s paradise, set against some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world.
